By using Servidot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Servidot website, mobile app, or related services.
Servidot is a marketplace that helps customers discover, contact, book, and pay service providers. Providers are responsible for the services they offer, the information they provide, and the quality of their work.
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure. You must not use another person's account, misrepresent your identity, or use Servidot for unlawful or harmful activity.
Prices, schedules, booking requirements, cancellation terms, and refund handling may vary by service. Payments and wallet activity must comply with Servidot's app flows and any additional terms shown at checkout or in the booking experience.
Servidot may request documents, photos, business information, and other verification details from providers. Verification helps platform safety but does not guarantee any provider's future performance.
You may upload profile photos, service images, project media, documents, messages, reviews, and other content. You are responsible for having the rights to upload that content and for ensuring it is accurate, lawful, and respectful.
Servidot has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not post, upload, send, or promote content that is abusive, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, fraudulent, unlawful, or otherwise unsafe for the Servidot community.
Users can report objectionable profiles, services, reviews, messages, projects, and other user-generated content from inside the app. Users can also block abusive users. Blocking hides that user's content from the blocking user's feed and session and sends Servidot a moderation report for review.
We may suspend or remove accounts, listings, bookings, or content that violate these terms, create safety risks, or harm the Servidot community.
Servidot reviews objectionable content reports and acts on them within 24 hours. When a report is upheld, Servidot may remove the content, disable or suspend the user who posted it, eject the user from the platform, and take any other action needed to protect users.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Servidot after updates means you accept the updated terms.
