Servidot users can delete their account from the Servidot mobile app or request deletion by contacting our support team. This page explains the steps to delete your account and what happens to your account data.
If you cannot access the mobile app, or if you want us to delete associated account data after using the in-app delete option, send a deletion request from the email or phone number linked to your Servidot account.
Email support@servidot.com to request deletionIf the app asks you to log in again, complete the login step and repeat the deletion request. This protects your account from unauthorized deletion.
When your deletion request is completed, Servidot deletes or anonymizes personal data associated with your account, including:

Retained records are limited to what is necessary and are not used to recreate your deleted Servidot account.
We aim to complete account and associated data deletion requests within 30 days after verifying account ownership. Data kept for legal, tax, accounting, dispute, fraud prevention, or security reasons may be retained for up to 7 years, or longer if required by law or an active legal process.
Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to your Servidot profile, bookings, messages, saved addresses, provider tools, wallet access, and related app history. You may need to create a new account if you want to use Servidot again.
