Servidot connects customers with service providers and helps both sides manage bookings, projects, messages, verification, payments, and support. We may collect account details such as your name, phone number, email address, role, profile photo, business details, verification information, service preferences, addresses, booking details, chat messages, reviews, wallet and transaction records, support requests, device information, and app usage data.

App Permissions

Servidot asks for device permissions only when they are needed for app features. You can deny or later disable these permissions in your device settings, though some features may stop working as expected.

• Camera: Used when you choose to take profile, project, chat, service, business, or verification photos.
• Photos, videos, and media: Used when you choose files from your device for project images, provider services, verification, chats, or support.
• Location: Used to show nearby providers, set service addresses, support navigation, and match jobs to relevant service areas.
• Microphone: Used only where a feature records video or audio content that you choose to create or upload.
• Files and storage: Used to attach documents, upload service media, and store temporary files needed for app uploads.
• Notifications: Used to send booking updates, chat alerts, payment notices, verification updates, and service reminders.

Servidot does not use your camera, microphone, or location in the background unless a clearly enabled app feature requires it and your device settings allow it.

How We Use Information

We use information to create and secure accounts, connect customers and providers, process bookings and payments, verify providers, support location-based matching, deliver notifications, improve app performance, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and respond to support requests.

Sharing Information

We may share relevant booking, profile, service, address, or contact information between customers and providers so a service can be completed. We may also share information with service providers who help us operate Servidot, such as cloud hosting, authentication, analytics, notification, payment, map, and support tools. We do not sell personal information.

Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Servidot, meet legal and financial record requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain platform safety. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and operational limits.
